Privacy Policy
Little Brother Media Productions ("LBMP", "we", "us") operates littlebrotherproductions.co.za. This page explains what we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Project enquiries. When you submit the intake form on our Contact page, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email, and details about your project. This is handled by ClickUp, our project management platform, and lands directly in our sales pipeline.
- Standard site traffic data. Our host, Cloudflare, logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request times) for security and performance — the same baseline logging any web host keeps. We don't layer analytics, ad pixels, or tracking scripts on top of this.
- Fonts. We load our typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch it. Google may log that request per its own privacy policy.
2. What we don't do
We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Video on this site is embedded via YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode — nothing loads from YouTube, and no cookie is set, until you click play.
3. How we use what we collect
Solely to respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and deliver the work if we're engaged. Nothing more.
4. Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email petri@littlebrotherproductions.co.za and we'll action it.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as it's relevant to an active or prospective engagement, then delete it.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will update. We won't change what we do with your data retroactively without telling you.
