These terms govern your use of littlebrotherproductions.co.za, operated by Little Brother Media Productions ("LBMP", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to them.
1. What this page covers — and what it doesn't
This page governs use of the website — browsing it, submitting the contact form, reading the content. It is not a service contract. If you engage LBMP for a project, the scope, price, timeline, and revisions for that project are set out in a separate agreement we sign together — not on this page.
2. The site's content
Everything on this site — copy, logos, case studies, video, and design — is owned by LBMP or used with the permission of the client it was made for. You're welcome to look, read, and watch. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without asking us first.
3. Client work shown on this site
Case studies, client logos, and testimonials on this site are real and appear with the client's permission. Nothing here reveals confidential details of any engagement beyond what the client agreed to make public.
4. Submitting an enquiry
Submitting the intake form on our Contact page is not a booking or a commitment from either side. It starts a conversation. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to that information.
5. No warranty on site content
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided as-is. If you spot something that's out of date or wrong, tell us — petri@littlebrotherproductions.co.za — and we'll fix it.
6. Third-party links
This site links to YouTube and LinkedIn. Once you leave our site for one of those, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
8. Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top will update.
